WHAT’S A BATTERY ISOLATOR?
Isolating your batteries means separating two batteries in the same vehicle for different application. Like keeping one battery dedicated to starting your engine and the other to power-up accessories (deep cycle battery). The isolator prevents the accessories battery to drain power from the starting battery; to ensure power to start your vehicle. The isolator also allows you to charge both batteries independently of each other form the same power source (the alternator).
