WATER HEATER FOR THE COTTAGE
BOSCH 330 PN-LP is an instant water heater that runs on propane. This water heater is called instantaneous because it is tankless. It provides hot water on demand for as long as there is propane. BOSCH 330PN-LP heats water up to 90°F more. It runs automatically and does not need supervision. Designed for cottages because it does not require any electric current to run.

HOT WATER AT WILL
Contrary to a standard water heater which keeps hot water in its tank at all times, BOSCH 330PN-LP heats water on demand with a thermal efficiency of 78%. Depending on the flow (gallons per minute) BOSCH water heater will raise the temperature of incoming water from 35 to 90° F. This way you never run out of hot water and save on propane gas.

DOES IT WORK AT LOW FLOW RATE?
The minimum activation flow is of 0.5 gallons per minute. Minimum pressure is of 30 PSI. The burner automatically runs as soon as water flows. Perfect for low flow areas such as in cottages.

CONSTANT TEMPERATURE
Adjusting temperature is child’s play. Get the desired temperature by moving the guide to adjust the flame intensity and change the water flow with the controller. Depending on the degree of heat wanted, let the water run faster or slower through the copper exchanger. The propane flow is also controlled by a modulation valve to keep constant water temperature.

CONNECT IT TO THE EXISTING PLUMBING SYSTEM
Water and gas connectors are standard to make the installation easy in your cottage. Because it weights only 25 pounds, it can easily be mounted on a wall, just as a framework. A 4 inch galvanized steel junction for a chimney (not included) is already set-up.

15-YEAR WARRANTY
Designed with light and sturdy materials. The heat exchanger is made of copper to optimize heat transfer. The 75,000 BTU burner is made of stainless steel for durability. This water heater is warranted for 15 years by the manufacturer.

NO NEED FOR ELECTRICITY
The PIEZO ignition pilot does not require electricity to run.
