Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, you may return new, unused and uninstalled items in the original packaging, along with the cash register receipt, to the store where the original transaction was made, for exchange or refund via the original payment method.
Special orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Installation and labour fees cannot be refunded.

An item purchased online at www.batteriesexpert.com can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund using the original payment method. The item must be new, unused and uninstalled, with its original packaging intact, and accompanied by the invoice received during the online purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

How to Return an Online Purchase
Refunds cannot be made in store for online purchases.
To return an item purchased online, please complete the return form (see below). Once we have received your form, we will send an email detailing the shipping procedure.
Wrap the items to be returned carefully and ship your package according to the instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund.
